This site does not use advertising cookies. For basic, privacy-friendly visitor statistics it uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless and does not track you across other websites or build a profile of you.

How I use your information

I use your information solely to respond to your enquiry and to help you buy, sell, or relocate to real estate in Belize — for example, to send you matching listings, answer questions, and arrange viewings or calls. I do not use it for any unrelated purpose.

How your information is shared

I do not sell or rent your personal information. Your details may be handled by trusted service providers that help operate my business — for example, the web host that delivers this site and the email service that delivers your enquiry to me. Where a transaction moves forward, I may share necessary information with professionals you choose to involve (such as attorneys or a brokerage) to complete your purchase. I may also disclose information if required by law.

Third-party links

This site links to third-party services — including Engel & Völkers, Google Calendar, WhatsApp, and social media. Those services have their own privacy policies, and this policy does not cover them.

Data retention

I keep enquiry information for as long as needed to assist you and to maintain normal business records, and no longer than necessary.
